Stylesavvys Terms of Use

Welcome to Stylesavvys! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our platform, including any related mobile applications and websites (collectively referred to as "the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

For Buyers and Customers:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it updated.

For Sellers:

• You must be a legally recognized entity or individual permitted to sell products in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for ensuring the authenticity and legality of the products listed on the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Hosting harmful or illegal content.
• Misusing the Platform for commercial gain without permission.
• Violating any laws or regulations.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.

Buyers:

• When you make a purchase, you are entering into a legally binding contract with the seller.
• You agree to pay the transaction price as specified at the time of purchase.

Sellers:

• You agree to fulfill orders in a timely manner and maintain accurate listings.
• You must communicate any changes in product availability or pricing to buyers promptly.

• Refunds and returns are subject to our specific policies, which may vary based on the product category.
• Buyers must raise return requests within the specified return window.
• Sellers are responsible for processing returns and issuing refunds in accordance with our policies.

• Stylesavvys offers a Buyer Protection Program to assist buyers who face issues with their transactions.
• Buyers can file a dispute if they do not receive their order or if the item received is defective or not as described.

Your privacy is important to us. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that the information provided is accurate.

In no event shall Stylesavvys be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
