How to Raise a Grievance

Please provide the following information while submitting your grievance:


• Full Name

• Registered Email Address

• Mobile Number

• Order ID (if applicable)

• Description of the grievance

• Supporting documents or screenshots (if any)


Providing complete information helps us investigate and resolve your concern more efficiently.


Grievance Redressal Process

Upon receiving your grievance, StyleSavvys shall follow the process below:


Step 1 – Acknowledgement

Your grievance will be acknowledged within 48 (Forty-Eight) hours of receipt through email, SMS, or phone call.

Step 2 – Complaint Registration

A unique complaint reference number will be generated and shared with you for future correspondence and status tracking.

Step 3 – Investigation

Our Customer Support Team will review the complaint, verify the relevant transaction or order details, coordinate with the concerned seller or logistics partner (where applicable), and investigate the matter thoroughly.

Step 4 – Resolution

We shall make every reasonable effort to resolve the grievance as expeditiously as possible and within the timelines prescribed under applicable laws. Where additional information is required, our support team may contact you during the investigation.


Escalation to Grievance Officer


If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Customer Support Team, you may escalate your complaint to our designated Grievance Officer.

Closure of Grievance


A grievance shall be considered resolved and closed when:


• The customer accepts the resolution offered by StyleSavvys.

• The requested resolution has been implemented successfully.

• The customer fails to respond to our communications within a reasonable period after multiple attempts.

• The grievance has been resolved in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.
